Grant of License

I, Morgana Morgenstern, am the owner and controller of the master recording rights and any associated rights that I possess in the sound recordings released or distributed under my artistic projects, stage names, pen names, fictional artists, virtual artists, and related music brands.

I hereby grant Morgenstern Publishing, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, authorized representatives, websites, social media accounts, YouTube channels, and advertising accounts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such sound recordings for lawful business purposes.

This license applies to:

All sound recordings presently owned or controlled by the Licensor.
All sound recordings previously released by the Licensor.
All sound recordings created, recorded, acquired, owned, or controlled by the Licensor in the future.
All sound recordings released under any artist name, stage name, pseudonym, pen name, virtual artist identity, fictional performer identity, project name, or music brand controlled by the Licensor.

Term

This license shall remain in effect unless terminated in writing by the Licensor or until the Licensor no longer possesses the rights necessary to grant this authorization.

Rights Confirmation

The Licensor affirms that they possess the authority necessary to grant this license and authorize the uses described herein.

This document serves as evidence that Morgenstern Publishing, LLC possesses permission from the copyright owner to use the covered recordings for advertising, promotional, marketing, distribution, and other lawful business purposes.

This authorization specifically includes the use of covered recordings in Google Ads, YouTube advertisements, social media advertising, website promotion, and related marketing activities.
