Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Why was my physical order split into multiple shipments?

Due to the nature of our distribution process, physical products may be shipped separately based on item type. In most cases, similar products are packaged together—for example:

• Books ship with other books
• Canvases ship with other canvases
• Puzzles ship with puzzles

Each shipment will include a tracking number, if available.

How long does it take for orders to ship and arrive?

• Digital Items: Delivered instantly via email upon purchase.
• Physical Items: Processing begins as soon as the order is placed. Certain items, such as physical games, may require additional processing time.

Delivery times vary based on destination:

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated 10-15 business days for most items.
• International Shipping: Not currently available.

Tracking numbers are provided for most shipments.

Digital Product Access

How do I download my digital purchases?

After purchasing a digital item (eBooks, art files, etc.), customers will receive an email with a link leading to an order page on our website where all purchased files can be downloaded.

For future access:

• Save the order email to retrieve downloads anytime.
• Log into your account to view past purchases.

Refunds & Returns

How does Morgenstern Publishing handle refunds?

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are accepted for:

• Unsatisfactory goods
• Defective or broken items
• Items that do not match description

No refunds are available for digital products once downloaded.

Returns must be processed by mail. Users must first submit a refund request via the contact form. If approved, goods must be mailed to:

Morgenstern Publishing is the handmade creation of Morgana Meredith Morgenstern and is dedicated to preserving human artistry.

We affirm that AI is never used for:

• Writing in text-based products or services
• Game design
• Intellectual property development

AI is only utilized as a supplementary tool in specific visual areas, including, but not limited to:

• Background enhancements
• Special effects
• Post-processing refinements

Additionally, our music does not utilize AI for:

• Lyrics, titles, concepts, or themes
• Character ideation or intellectual property development

Our music exists as a novelty based on M.M. Morgenstern's characters.

AI is never used in isolation; it is only incorporated alongside authentic human creativity.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content, including visual assets, character designs, branding elements, and proprietary digital creations, is safeguarded under Texas intellectual property statutes, including the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Texas Copyright Statute, and relevant federal protections such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
