Morgenstern Publishing is dedicated to providing a high-class experience for all of our loyal customers.

• Why has my physical order been split?

Fulfillment of books and other physical products is seperate due to the nature of our distribution process. Therefore, in some cases, certain items in your order will arrive at seperate times. Generally, products ship with others of their own kind, i.e., hardcovers with hardcovers, canvases with canvases, and puzzles with puzzles. Tracking numbers, if available, will be provided for each sent package.

• How long do orders take to ship and arrive?

Digital Items: Orders arrive instantly via email.

Physical Items: Orders begin processing as soon as they are received. Certain items, such as physical games, may take longer to dispatch. Delivery times vary according to shipping destination, with an average of 10-15 days domestically within the US for most items. International shipping is not currently available. Tracking numbers are provided for most orders.

• How do I download my digital items?

Upon purchase of any digital item, such as eBooks (and some art pieces), an email containing a link is sent which leads to an order page on this site hosting all your ready to download files. Please be sure to save your order email to ensure future access to all your purchased digital products. Users can also retrieve past purchases by signing in here.

• Machine/AI assistance questions and concerns?

Morgenstern Publishing is the handmade creation of Morgana Morgenstern and as such, has the utmost respect for human artistry. We assert that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is never used in any way for writing and text-based materials, game design, or for the creation/ideation of any of our Intellectual Property. AI is exclusively used as a supplementary tool aiding in the development of certain images on our site and products, mainly for backgrounds, added effects, or post-processing. Similarly, our music does not utilize AI for lyrics, titles, concepts, theming, or character ideation. Our music is intended only as a novelty based on the characters from M.M. Morgenstern's works and is not designed to compete with any traditionally created audio media. As such, this audio content is exclusive to our site and is not available on any other storefronts or platforms. Lastly, AI is never used in isolation and is only ever utilized in conjunction with authentic human talent.
