• Why has my physical order been split?

Fulfillment of books and other physical products is seperate due to the nature of our distribution process. Therefore, in some cases, certain items in your order will arrive at seperate times. Generally, products ship with others of their own kind, i.e., hardcovers with hardcovers, canvases with canvases, and puzzles with puzzles. Tracking numbers, if available, will be provided for each sent package.

• How long do orders take to ship and arrive?

Digital Items: Orders arrive instantly via email.

Physical Items: Orders begin processing as soon as they are received and will be sent out within 3-12 days of purchase. Certain items such as physical games may take up to a month to dispatch. Delivery times vary according to shipping destination, around 7-14 days domestically within the US for most items during COVID-19. International shipping is not currently available. Tracking numbers are provided for most orders.

• How do I download my digital items?

Upon purchase of any digital item, such as eBooks (and some art pieces), an email containing a link is sent which leads to an order page on this site hosting all your ready to download files. Please be sure to save your order email to ensure future access to all your purchased digital products.
